TOTP Multifactor Authentication

Zendit is moving Multifactor Authentication to TOTP. SMS codes or email codes for Multifactor Authentication will be end of life on June 30, 2024. To get ready, make sure to download Google Authenticator to your phone. Once released, on your first login to the client console, after completing your old Multifactor Authentication you’ll be guided through the upgrade process to scan the QR Code with Google Authenticator and enter your code from the application. After that, SMS and email codes will be deactivated for your account and going forward you’ll just get your code from the Google Authenticator application to login in the future.
