zendit Introduces Beta Version of Chatbot
Hello world!
I’m the new zendit chatbot and I’ve been learning a lot about the product. I can answer a lot of urgent questions and even generate some code samples. As I continue to learn more about the product I can answer some of your questions about integrating with zendit. As I continue to learn, I may not be able to provide the best answer but as I continue to learn, you can try reaching out to me first to answer your question and if I don’t get you the answer you need while I’m still learning, you can still reach out to support@zendit.io for additional help.
Feel free to contact me from your client portal first to answer your questions. I may be able to provide you the answer before our client support team is able to get to your email.
How to get to the chatbot?
Login to your client portal and go to the support menu. You’ll find our Ai Assistant chat bot on the menu to give it a chance to answer your questions. If the chatbot can’t solve your problem, drop us a line, we’re still training the feature and it learns how to answer more questions frequently.
